Sharing a video from your device is off by default, if you are asked to appear on camera, please tap the video button. If these are not visible, please tap your screen, and they should appear. The controls for audio and your camera are at the bottom of the screen. Please ensure the volume is up on your phone so you are able to hear the rater. Once you join, the microphone is enabled by default, and you will be able to talk. Please enter the information that is given to you by the rater. When you join the meeting, you will be prompted to enter your name. You can also tap the link in the email and then tap to open the meeting using the Zoom application. Once the app is installed, you can join by entering the meeting ID and password into the Zoom app provided from the email. Or you can also go to Google Play Store on your device and searching for the Zoom Cloud Meetings App. Please only tap the button that says "Download from Google Play"
We recommend that you download the app from the Google Play Store. When you receive a link to join a meeting from your email and tap that link, you will be redirected to a page that will give you the option to join the meeting or to download the Zoom app.
